YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -

Jury selection is underway in the trial of a state prison inmate accused of committing murder at a Youngstown business when he was only 17-years-old.

Frankie Hudson Junior, now 23-years-old, is accused of gunning down Christopher Weston at the Breaden Market on Youngstown's South Side in 2010.

Weston, a father of two young boys, was filling in for the store's owner, when he was killed.

Earlier this month, Mahoning County Common Pleas Judge Maureen Sweeney denied a defense motion to dismiss the Hudson's indictment.

Hudson is currently serving a nine year prison sentence for participating in gang activity.
