SLIPPERY ROCK TWP., Pa. -

The victim of a pedestrian accident in Lawrence County could be facing charges.

Pennsylvania State Police say 48-year-old Perry Lawry ran into traffic on Route 422 and was hit by a car shortly after 5 p.m. Monday.

Lawry was taken by helicopter to an area hospital with serious injuries.

During the investigation, troopers found that Lawry had recently trespassed.

They say charges against him are coming, for both trespassing and the accident, which shut down Route 422 during the accident investigation.
