WARREN, Ohio -

A Warren man admits he was exposing himself to passing cars in front of the mayor's office, according to police.

A witness driving in the area shortly before noon on Monday told police she saw a man standing across the street from the mayor's office on Mahoning Avenue exposing his genitalia.

Police found a suspect matching the suspect's description.

They say they asked him if he had done anything improper to passing cars and police say he admitted that he had exposed himself.

The suspect, identified as 25-year-old Matthew Knepper was arrested on Monday and charged with public indecency.

He is free on bond after his arraignment in Warren Municipal Court.

Knepper's next hearing is set for November 8th.
