SEBRING, Ohio -

A Sebring man sentenced to two years in prison for making meth around his children is being released.

Adam Tyson was convicted of child endangerment, illegal possession of chemicals and drug possession in October of 2016, all of which are felonies.

According to police, Tyson was making meth within 100 feet of his 10 and 12 year old children.

Thursday morning, Judge Lou L D'Apolito granted Tyson's request for an early release.

Tyson spent nine months in prison, less than half of his sentenced time.
