HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa. (AP) - A Philadelphia man has been charged with heading an organization that sold $7.8 million worth of heroin in two western Pennsylvania counties.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro and officials from Blair and Cambria counties announced the charges Monday against 40-year-old Damon Devine and 15 others who allegedly sold heroin and cocaine for him, mostly in Altoona and Johnstown. The group is charged with selling $1.9 million worth of cocaine along with the heroin sold in bags stamped "Dragon" over the last 13 months.

The new charges against Devine are in addition to a bust in February in which he allegedly sold heroin to a cooperating witness outside an Altoona motel.

Devine's attorney Komron Maknoon says he hasn't seen the new charges, but is curious about who provided information to the grand jury in the new case.
