WARREN, Ohio -

The Warren Harding football program is looking to punch their ticket to the post season for the third consecutive year.

The Raiders have 22 seniors who will lead the way when they open up the season against Canton McKinley.

"It's their turn now. Everybody comes and goes and so these guys got an opportunity to produce and have a great year," said  Steve Arnold, Warren Harding Football coach

The Raiders have plenty of experience returning with six starters back on offense, and seven on defense.

"Jalen Hooks is a three-year starter and has about twelve D-1 offers right now, Danny Angelo is a three-year starter and Kayron Adams is a junior who has offers right now, Geivonni Washington, Jarrett Lenney are offensive lineman and Mike Kuntz. The strength of our team is going to be on the offensive and defensive line," said Arnold.

The team does have to fill a hole at quarterback, but there's plenty of players in contention for it.

"Right now we have three guys competing for the position; Sterling Frazier, Chris Hue, and Zane Kyler. Right now, those three guys are competing. We may not know for a while who the guy is. But the thing I tried to stress to all three of them, you're not going to be Lynn, so don't try to go out there and be Lynn. Be yourself and make sure we take care of the football," said Arnold.
