Great Groceries: Homemade Pico De Gallo

Homemade Pico De Gallo

5 cloves garlic
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded, deveined and chopped
5 Roma tomatoes, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lime zest
3 Tbsp. lime juice
Tortilla chips


Mince garlic and peppers in food processor. Combine mixture with tomatoes, onion, cilantro, salt, lime zest and lime juice in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
