Thirty-seven-year-old Matthew Dreibelbis was bound over after a preliminary hearing on murder charges. The Centre Daily Times reports (http://bit.ly/2xvudfq ) he is charged with fatally shooting his Bellefonte neighbor, 38-year-old Jeremy Cantolina, during the early hours of Aug. 11.

A state criminal investigator testified Wednesday saying Dreibelbis was having an affair with Cantolina's wife - an affair that resulted in a child born in 2015. The investigator says Dreibelbis had threatened Cantolina in multiple conversations with the wife.

Dreibelbis remains in custody with no bail.
