Colder Air For Thanksgiving - News weather sports for Youngstown-Warren Ohio

Colder Air For Thanksgiving

Posted: Updated:

After the passage of a cold front, Wednesday looks like a brisk and noticeably cooler day with temperatures only rising a few degrees. Watch for isolated slick spots and flurries early on. Clouds will thin by Wednesday night, leading to a cold night with lows in the mid 20s.

We expect a dry Thanksgiving holiday with a mix of sun and clouds. Afternoon temperatures will be a handful of degrees below average. Friday will be breezy and milder; great weather for those doing some holiday shopping.

Much of Saturday looks tranquil but colder air is set to return for the final day of the holiday weekend. No significant weather systems will impact travelers across the region on Sunday.
