Drug agents who raided a home in New Castle Friday say they arrested one man and found heroin, cocaine, cash and a gun.

Police say officers serving an arrest warrant at an apartment on 238 East Leasure Avenue could smell marijuana and spotted several folded lottery tickets which police say are commonly used to package heroin.

Narcotics officers and agents from the Lawrence County District Attorneys Special Investigative Unit got a judge to issue a search warrant.

According to the police, the search turned up eight baggies and lottery tickets containing suspected heroin, two baggies of suspected cocaine, two baggies containing suspected crack cocaine, a baggie of marijuana, a digital scale, a loaded handgun and $1,885 in cash.

Police charged 40-year-old Davon Montral Johnson with three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, four counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
