Youngstown woman indicted after allegedly ordering pizza with friend's credit card

BOARDMAN, Ohio -

A Youngstown woman has been indicted after allegedly ordering a pizza with her friend's credit card.

Boardman Police were dispatched to Papa John's Pizza on Boardman-Poland Road in response to claims that an order had been placed using stolen credit card information on June 3.

According to the police report, a 20-year-old female said she received a notification confirming an order she did not place. She said the order was charged to her credit card.

Boardman Police say they were then called back to the business when an employee reported that someone was trying to pick up the order.

Authorities say the suspect, 29-year-old Delphine Black was sitting in her car.

When questioned, police say she admitted to placing the order using the victim's credit card information.

Black allegedly told police that she and the victim were "close friends" and she had previously written down her credit card information when they were together, without the victim's knowledge.

Black has been indicted on identity fraud and telecommunications fraud charges.
