Ohio State Troopers believe alcohol and or drugs may be a factor in a series of crashes Friday afternoon involving the same vehicle.

Troopers say 42-year-old Laqresha Sueme Womack of Austintown was in five separate crashes, beginning on Route 224 in Canfield and continuing onto Route 11, 680 Southbound and finally crashing into a pole on Market Street and Breaden near Youngstown Community School.

No one was injured in any of the crashes, which involved four different vehicles. But, troopers say the drivers of three of those vehicles followed Womack to the scene on Market Street where they were able to give statements.

Womack was driving a 2018 Kia Sorento.

Troopers believe Womack will face charges of hit-skip, driving under suspension, failure to control and operating a vehicle under the influence.

Officials say Womack was taken to the hospital to be checked over, then was booked into the Mahoning County Jail.
