Police have identified the woman killed after being stabbed during a fight with another woman in Youngstown Monday.

Nautica Davis, 18, was killed when she and another woman, also 18, were fighting over a man and she was stabbed, according to Youngstown Police.

YPD Captain Brad Blackburn told 21 News the fight broke out between the two teenagers just after midnight at a home on New York Avenue.

Police said the woman told police Davis, an ex-girlfriend, showed up at the home and started arguing with the current girlfriend on the front porch.

She said everyone went outside and started fighting.

Davis then pulled out a knife.

The other woman involved said, "If you have a knife, I'm going to get a knife," and went inside to grab a kitchen knife, according to the lead investigator.

Police said the woman then stabbed Davis and she was taken to the hospital.

Police went to the hospital and were told by staff at St. Elizabeth that Davis had died from her stab wound.

They are interviewing the other woman and witnesses.

The coroner is also investigating.
