The Ohio State Highway Patrol has found a suspect who was wanted for murder.
The patrol was searching for Paul D. Randall, Jr. of Dolgeville, NY who's the suspect in a murder that took place Friday night in Summit County.
Troopers were called to the northbound rest area on Interstate 77, in Bath Township, to investigate a fatal traffic crash involving a pedestrian.
Witnesses told troopers that two men were involved in a verbal fight and Randall allegedly stole the victim’s vehicle.
As Randall fled, he allegedly knocked the victim to the ground, ran him over and did not stop, according to Troopers.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol asked the public to look out for Randall on their Facebook page Saturday afternoon.
They then announced he was in custody about six hours later and thanked the public for their support.
OSHP's original post, asking the public for information on Randall's whereabouts, has more than 800 shares.
