BOARDMAN, Ohio -

A Boardman mom who was sentenced to prison last year after she pleaded guilty to duct taping her 11-year-old son to a chair is back behind bars.

Susan Malysa, 34, was arrested Thursday for a probation violation.

Back in June of last year, police arrested Malysa after her son was found taped to a chair in the basement of her Boardman home while she was with another child at the YMCA.

She was sentenced to nine months in prison but was granted early release in February of this year.

At this time, it's unclear what she did to violate her probation.
