The "Drive It Home" coalition campaign comes in the wake of the second shift closing at the Lordstown plant in the last year and a half.
The event kicks off with a special press conference at the GM Lordstown Complex on Monday, November 19, at the UAW 1112 Union Hall, 11471 Reuther Dr. SW, Warren, 44481.
Scheduled to speak at the event are Lordstown Mayor Arno Hill, Sen. Sherrod Brown, Rep. Tim Ryan, Rep. Bill Johnson, Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber President & CEO James Dignan, and UAW 1112 President Dave Green.
