YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -

The fourth-annual Fill-A-Cruiser Toy Drive organized by Youngstown police is quickly approaching.

According to a news release, the event will be held on Saturday, December 8 from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 pm in St. Christine's Catholic Church parking lot.

Youngstown Police Officers, along with other area law enforcement members, will be on duty to collect new toys and games for Youngstown families in need.

Once all donations have been collected, the gifts are delivered via Santa and the Youngstown Police and Fire Departments.

The news release said that in past years the event has donated hundreds of gifts for children of Youngstown families.

Those who wish to donate can do so by dropping off a new, unwrapped gift during the event or to any Youngstown police cruiser through December 9.
