A raid conducted by several law enforcement agencies on an Austintown home has resulted in the arrest of a child pornography suspect.

Forty-one-year-old Robert Iwaskey is free on $40,000 bond following his arraignment in Mahoning County Court on 20 felony charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor, records show.

Iwasky was indicted by a grand jury earlier this month following a search of his Dunbar Street home in Austintown in December.

The raid was conducted by the Mahoning County Sheriff and the Ohio Attorney General’s Crimes Against Children Unit which had been investigating Iwaskey since August.

Each of the charges is listed as a fourth-degree felony and carries a potential punishment of a maximum of 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. Also, sanctions regarding a requirement to register as a sex offender are typically imposed if Iwasky is convicted.
