First Trumbull County Pride Festival set for June 22

Posted: Updated:
WARREN, Ohio -

Trumbull County's first LGBTQIA+ Family Pride Festival is scheduled to take place on June 22 on Courthouse Square in Warren.

According to a news release, the festival will kick off with a parade at 12:30 p.m., and continue until 10 p.m.

Scheduled entertainment includes performances by local bands, singers and drag performers.

Billed as family-friendly, the event will include inflatable attractions, vendors, and carnival games.

Central Outreach Wellness Center will provide free health screenings.

Hosted by Full Spectrum Community Outreach, organizers say the event was created to thank the community for the support it gives the LGBTQIA+ community each year.
