Two Columbiana County eateries close

Posted: Updated:
LISBON, Ohio -

Two Columbiana County restaurants have recently closed their doors.

Operators of Lock 24 restaurant announced on its Facebook page and website that after eight years in business it has officially closed indefinitely.

The Facebook page also says that the building on State Route 154 in Elkton has been sold and will reopen as a new restaurant within the next few months.

The Lock 24 website has the following message: “It has always been our privilege to provide you with a great experience and memories to last. Thank you for your patronage and time spent here. On behalf of all the employees, it was a pleasure to serve you, and you will always have a place in our hearts.”

In addition, the Social 45 club announced on Facebook Monday that other than for a few already-scheduled private events, it has closed its location in the former Csonka's Sports Complex on Route 45 between Salem and Lisbon.

Social 45's post thanked customers for their support.
