Firefighters in Youngstown had to battle the frigid temperatures Friday night.

Flames were spotted coming from a business on South Meridian Road around 7:30 p.m.

The temperature reached the single digits during that time.

Firefighters arrived to heavy smoke and flames inside the Utility Contracting building.

Officials say no one was injured in the fire.

They were able to contain the fire to the shop area of the business, but at least one vehicle was destroyed.

Traffic in that area had to be detoured for some time while crews worked to put out the fire.
