Youngstown manufacturer purchases North Lima property - WFMJ.com News weather sports for Youngstown-Warren Ohio

A Youngstown-based manufacturer will soon be expanding its operations to North Lima.

According to Brilex Industries Vice President of Sales and Engineering Thomas Benyo, the company purchased a property located at 11934 South Avenue, which used to belong to Bird Equipment.

Benyo says operations at the property would be very similar to those conducted at Bird, which would consist of fabrication in the oil and gas industry, manufacturing structural steels, pressure vessels and piping spools.

According to Benyo, Brilex has two more properties in the Mahoning Valley with one located next to Penguin City Brewing at 101 Andrews avenue and another located at 1201 Crescent Street.

At this time, it is unclear when operations will begin at the North Lima location.
