Parts of a downtown Youngstown roadway will be closed during business hours on Thursday, February 29.

According to a news release, Boardman Street between Phelps and Hazel Street will be closed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. due to the delivery of HVAC equipment to city hall.

Access to the Youngstown Police Department garage will remain in place during this closure.
