Ohio - Tuesday evening is the last chance to request an absentee ballot for next week's primary.

Applications must be taken to your local board of elections by 8:30 p.m.

The deadline to send in absentee ballots must be postmarked by Monday, March 18.

If not returned by mail, they must be received by your board of elections by the end of the day on Election Day.

Early in-person voting continues until March 17.

You can vote early on the following days:

  • March 13-15:  7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  • March 16:  8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • March 17:  1 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Voters are required to provide a government-issued photo ID when voting in-person.

Valid IDs include:

  • Ohio driver's license
  • State of Ohio ID card
  • Interim ID form issued by the Ohio BMV.
  • U.S. passport
  • U.S. passport card
  • U.S. military ID card
  • Ohio National Guard ID card
  • U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs ID card
