NEW CASTLE, Pa. -
New Castle Police have arrested a man in connection with the homicide of a one-year-old child last year.
According to a Facebook post from New Castle PD, police arrested Isaias Robles-Neives for the homicide of one-year-old Noah Santiago back in January of 2023.
Robles-Neives is charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault and endangering children. He was arraigned on these charges on Tuesday and is due back in court July 3.
