The Trumbull County Easter District Court building at 7310 Brookwood Drive in Brookfield will close until Monday after a sewer backup.

The court closed at 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

According to the release, the court was closed after serious consideration for the safety and health of those working or visiting the court.

The court's remote services will continue and emails to judicial staff will be answered as necessary.
