Speed limits restored on Pennsylvania interstates

Posted: Updated:

Normal speed limits have been restored on Pennsylvania interstates according to PennDOT.

Speeds had been reduced to 45 mph due to winter driving conditions.

The westbound lanes of Interstate 80 in Mercer County reopened to traffic early Friday following a tractor-trailer crash.

Westbound I-80 had been closed from Route 173 Grove City/Sandy Lake interchange to the Interstate 79 North, Erie exit.
