Police in Liberty Township are investigating after a 17-year-old was wounded in a shooting late Thursday night.

According to a police report, officers were called to a home on the 3000 Block of Green Acres Drive just before midnight on Thursday in reference to a 17-year-old with a gunshot wound.

The report does not specify the victim's condition nor does it name any potential suspects.

The incident is under investigation.
