GIRARD, Ohio -
Crews are responding to a two-vehicle crash in Girard Wednesday afternoon.
Our 21 News crew on scene saw an SUV and sedan that both appeared to be heavily damaged as a result of the accident at the intersection of Trumbull Avenue and South State Street. Debris from both vehicles can be seen in the road.
The crash sent two people to the hospital, but the extent of their injuries is unknown.
Police on scene are directing traffic as they work to clean up the scene.
At this time, it's unclear what caused the crash.
