The case of an 18-year-old Austintown woman charged with allegedly spreading nude photos of a 17-year-old woman has now been moved to the Mahoning County Grand Jury.

According to the alleged victim she learned from a friend that Melanie Neville had allegedly sent a screenshot of a video of the victim and a man having sex along with nude photos of the victim to at least four people.

Police the alleged victim admitted to having sex with the man in the screenshot, but says she did not know about the video.

Neville was release on a $12,000 bail bond shortly after her trial's initial hearing.

On Wednesday, Neville's case was moved from the lower Austintown court to the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas' Grand Jury.

The grand jury must now consider whether or not there is enough evidence to indict Neville on the charges against her.
