Three-vehicle accident blocking traffic in Austintown Township - WFMJ.com News weather sports for Youngstown-Warren Ohio

Austintown Police are at the scene of a three-vehicle accident at the corner of Raccoon Road and Burkey Road. 

The accident occurred around 4 p.m. on Monday, with the car in the center sustaining significant damage. 

Burkey west of Raccoon is currently closed while Austintown Police, Fire and EMS work to clear the scene.

Two people in the car that was pinned between the SVU and the truck were transported to the hospital with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. 

Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
