Danny Lee Hill Moves Closer to Death Row

The man who murdered and brutalized a Warren Boy Scout 23 years ago moved closer to death row.

An appeals court in Warren ruled that Danny Lee Hill is not mentally retarded, and can be executed. Hill was sentenced to death for kidnapping, raping and murdering Raymond Fife in 1985. In spite of today's ruling.. Hill can still appeal to the Ohio Supreme court.

Miriam Fife is now with the Victim Witness Program in the Trumbull County Prosector's office.
