Donna Moonda Wants Conviction Overturned

The widow of a Mercer County doctor is asking judges to throw out her conviction for her husband's murder. Attorney's for Donna Moonda argued her case before a federal appeals court in Cincinatti today. Moonda is serving a life prison sentence for her part in the Ohio Turnpike slaying of Dr. Gulam Moonda. Mrs. Moonda's attorneys argue that her conviction was based on lies from the convicted triggerman in the case, Damian Bradford. The judges will consider the evidence before making a decision.
