A licensed gun dealer at a show in Niles passed an undercover sting by New York investigators.
New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced that 74-percent of gun show sellers failed the test by selling guns to people who said they couldn't pass a background check, or who were having someone else buy the gun for them.
The only licensed dealer who passed the test was at a March gun show in Niles.
Investigators tested sellers at seven gun shows in Nevada, Ohio and Tennessee.
