Bishop Norman Wagner dies at age 68

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio- Members of a local church are mourning the loss of their leader.

Bishop Norman Wagner of Calvary Ministries on Oak Hill Avenue died Saturday afternoon.

Wagner was the head of the church for almost 40 years and ministered to many in the community, including Youngstown mayor Jay Williams.

Church officials said Wagner had been recovering from a medical procedure earlier this month.

He was 68 years old.
