A Burghill Ohio man is behind bars after exposing himself in a Trumbull County school. Justin Moore is charged with five counts of public indecency. He's accused of performing a sex act in front of a minor in the library of Joseph Badger High School. Moore pleaded not guilty and is being held without bond until his next hearing on Thursday.
