Prom dress giveaway

NILES, Ohio- Niles McKinley High School is trying to help junior and senior girls go to the prom.

Several of the women who work in the school's office are teaming up to organize a prom dress giveaway.They've collected about 80 dresses and are now giving them to students who can't afford to spend hundreds of dollars to buy one.

"It seems sad to us that these girls just because their families face hardship they wouldn't be able to enjoy something that most of us have always been able to enjoy when we were in high school," says Debbie Simini with the high school.
