TRUMBULL COUNTY, Ohio- A Trumbull county man pleaded guilty Monday morning to a reduced charge in a 2009 shooting death.
James Dotson pleaded guilty to reckless homicide and having weapons under disability in connection with the death of Derek Thrash at the Big Apple Convenient Food Mart.
He was sentenced to five years in prison.
Dotson has previously served nine years in prison for felonious assault and was released shortly before Thrash's death.
