East Palestine man dies after motorcycle accident

DARLINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania - An East Palestine man is dead after a motorcycle accident in Beaver County.

Pennsylvania State Police said it happened just before noon Sunday on Taggert Road which is about a mile west of State Route 51 in Darlington Township.

Officers said the motorcycle ridden by 61-year-old Clifford Stanley failed to negotiate a slight curve, drifted across the berm and into a ditch causing the motorcycle to vault several times.

Stanley was pronounced dead at the scene.
