TRAFFIC ALERT: Road work to begin Tuesday in Canfield, Boardman

CANFIELD, Ohio- Beginning this week, road construction projects will create partial road closures in Canfield and Boardman.

Route 11 over the Ohio Turnpike will be reduced to one lane in both directions for bridge repairs.

The work is part of a $1.9 million project that is expected to be complete by the end of October.

Crews will also begin resurfacing Route 224 in Boardman on Tuesday.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane between Boardman Park Drive and South Avenue and many businesses will temporarily close their driveways.
