Three arrested in Trumbull county drug raids

CORTLAND, Ohio- Three people were arrested on drug charges in Trumbull county on Tuesday.

The TAG Law Enforcement Task Force and the Cortland police department arrested Chris Uthe, 21, at his Cortland apartment.

Uthe is charged with trafficking and possession of marijuana for sale.

The Task force, along with the Warren police department, also arrested William Phinisee, 34, at his house on Stewart Street.

Phinisee is charged with trafficking in heroin.

The Task Force also conducted a second raid in Warren, where they arrested Brandon Coleman, 29, and charged him with trafficking and possession of marijuana.

Charges are also pending for the resident of a second Cortland apartment after a raid uncovered marijuana and a scale.
