Teen charged with assault

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -A teenager arrested accused of hitting a Youngstown city school teacher.

The 13-year-old P. Ross Berry Middle school student was allegedly involved in an altercation with another student.

When the teacher attempted to remove the student from the classroom he apparently punched her in the arm and then threatened to hit the teacher again.

The student has been charged with assault.
