Son serves jail time for threatening father

LISBON, Ohio- A Lisbon man is sentenced to six months for threatening his father.

Twenty year old Jesse Ieropoli was convicted of aggravated menacing after his father, Nick Ieropoli, had become so concerned for his own safety while his son was in the house.

Prosecutors call Ieropoli a person of interest in the 2008 shooting death of his mother after he admitted to accidently shooting his mother who died of multiple gunshot wounds.

However no one is charged with her murder.
