NILES, Ohio - Authorities are trying to find out the cause of a deadly crash near the Eastwood Mall.
A cross and flowers stand near a culvert along Route 422 in Niles where a car driven by Shane Regal flipped over late Tuesday night.
The coroner tells 21 News that the 21-year-old driver from Transfer, Pennsylvania died from head injuries.
