FINDLEY TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania - A YSU engineering student is killed in a Mercer County automobile accident.

Nine-teen-year-old Brian Geiger of Sandy Lake died last evening on Springfield Church Road in Findley Township.

Police say Geiger's car was traveling at a high rate of speed when his car veered off the road, became airborne and slammed into a clump of trees.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Pennsylvania State Police say Geiger was not wearing a seat belt.
