Oxygen infusion facial

POLAND, Ohio - In pursuit of the fountain of youth, Francie Yarwood decided to try an oxygen infusion facial.  "I don't want to look my age!" she said.

The treatment begins like a traditional facial with a deep cleanse and an exfoliation. A quick massage improves circulation, and a mud-based mask provides one more layer of skin purification. Then, the oxygen infusion is ready to begin.

An oxygen concentrator purifies oxygen in the air, and a nebulizer is used to spray a customized mix of products onto the client's face.

As Jennifer Kurz, of the Advanced Skin Spa in Poland explains, "The mixture of the ingredients with the oxygen allows the skin for deeper penetration and instant results."

Yarwood's main concern was to reduce wrinkles, so Kurz used vitamin C and hyaluronic acid to plump and firm the skin.

"Oxygen is great for redness in the skin and inflammation, so it's great for roseaca clients as well," said Kurz.

The treatment takes between 45 minutes and an hour.

Francie noticed results right away. "It was very relaxing, and i could just feel my skin getting firmer!
