Delphi hopes to sell three Warren plants by August

WARREN, Ohio - Delphi Automotive says it hopes to close a deal to sell three Warren area plants by August.

Delphi's Rachelle Valdez tells 21 News they have entered into an agreement to sell plants 12, 14 and 15 along North River Road.

Valdez did not name the potential buyer or buyers.
