Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority Executive Director leaving Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority's Executive Director, Clifford Scott, is leaving Youngstown for a new job in Nebraska.

On Wednesday, Scott confirmed he has accepted a job as the Executive Director of the Omaha Housing Authority.

He'll start there on July 19th.  "We're going to try to use the same models and practices that we do here, and hopefully they're successful there as they were here," Scott said.

Scott has been the executive director of YMHA for three years. There's no word on who will replace him.
