Volt power station will be located in Lordstown

LORDSTOWN, Ohio - While Lordstown is the home of the Cruze, the plant is also friendly to General Motors other fuel efficient car, the electric Chevy Volt.

A new feature in the Lordstown complex parking lot is a plug-in electric charging station.

The station has 12 charging units and reportedly will be available free to Volt owners traveling through the area on the turnpike and interstates.
