AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - A judge has dismissed prostitution charges against 16 dancers at the Go Go Cabaret in Austintown.

According to our print partner, The Vindicator, Judge Lou D'Appolito says lap dancing and being paid for lap dancing is not a form of prostitution.

The ruling could affect the upcoming trial of the club's owner Sebastian Rucci who is accused of prostitution, money laundering and perjury.
